Beschreibung:

Diese Ausbildung richtet sich an medizinische Fachkräfte, insbesondere Massagetherapeuten, ist aber ebenso geeignet für Laien. Die Schüler lernen die komplexen Grundlagen der ayurvedischen Medizin, lernen  alte  Bodywork-Behandlungen  wie Ayurveda-Massage und lernen eine Vielzahl von sanften Verjüngungauf  Spa-Therapien.  Nach Abschluss und Abschluss der Zertifizierung kann der Student diese alten Therapien in einem Spa, einer Klinik oder einer Privatpraxis anwenden.  

 

Dieser Kurs ist auch interessant für diejenigen, die die heilenden Prinzipien des Ayurveda für die Selbstversorgung erlernen möchten oder einfach ihre Freunde und Familie mit Ayurveda behandeln möchten.

Ausbildung inhaltlich

 Die Schülerinnen und Schüler erlernen Kenntnisse in nachfolgenden

 Bereichen :

 

. Theoretischer Hintergrund und die  Grundlagen der Ayurveda-

   Medizin.

 

. Ermittlung des ayurvedischen Körpertyps zur personalisierten-     

   Behandlung / Sitzung. 

 

. Lehre über die breite Palette von Heilmethoden und Ayurveda-

   Heilmittel:

   Sinnestherapie, Marma-Therapie,  Shirodhara  (Kopfgießen),  

   Silkglove-Massage und insbesondere die Abhyanga  (Vedische  

   Ölmassage). 

  

Zertifizierung:

Ayurvedische Bodyworker, vedische Massage- und Marma-Therapeut

  

Ausbildungsumsetzung:

Der Kurs beinhaltet 6 Wochen Online-Kurse (Live und auch aufge-zeichnet für spätere Betrachtung), sowie während dieser Zeit ein 9-Tage-Praktikum, plus 2 Tage für An- und Abreise, im CHEZ ZeN . holistic retreat resort in Südfrankreich. 

 

Dies inklusive Übernachtungen im Doppelzimmer zur Einzelzimmernutzung, Ayurveda Full Catering, Centernutzung, free wifi und kostenfreiem Parkplatz.

What you will learn during the 5-day training in LEVEL 1

​

1. Abhyanga Massage; this is the classic Ayurvedic oil massage that uses the skillful application of medicinal oils with specific nurturing strokes. It activates the energetic centers (Marma points), breaks up impurities, and stimulates arterial and lymphatic circulation. Learn how to perform this treatment alone and in synchrony with another technician.

2. Swedhana; this is an herbal medicinal steam therapy that can be administered locally to specific body parts or for the entire physiology. (Except for the head, which is always kept cool). It allows oils to penetrate deeply into the tissues and also removes toxins.

3. Shirodhara; this is the pouring of medicinal liquids (oil, buttermilk, ghee) across the forehead. It specifically nurtures the region of the third eye, connected to the master gland of the body, the pituitary and it also creates a profound sense of peace and calm.

4. Marma Therapy 101 Basics; this is a study of the fundamental principles of Marma Therapy and how to use sound, touch, aroma, and intention to direct the flow of prana for healing. Learn how to apply Marma therapy for clinical practice.

5. PLUS: Silk-Glove Massage, Indian Head Massage, Foot Treatment, Ayurvedic Facial, and how to administer herbal compresses, make herbal decoctions etc.

What you will learn in the second 5-day Retreat, LEVEL 2

​

1. Udvartana; this is a brisk massage that uses herbal powders and pastes to stimulate the release of toxins and supports the removal of excess fatty tissue.

2. Pinda Swedhana; this is a cooling therapy using herbal rice bolus bags warmed in a specialized milk decoction and vigorously massaged into the skin to reduce inflammation and rejuvenate the body.

3. Nasya; this is the classic sinus and nasal treatment designed to open up the channels of the upper body to allow more pranic energy to enter. It includes an enlivening Indian head massage, localized steam, and the use of an assortment of nasal concoctions.

4. Netra Tarpana; involves the use of a variety of methods and techniques such as the bathing of the eyes in ghee, eye drops, and purification through herbal smoke to alleviate eye conditions.

5. Karna Purana; this treatment uses a specific ear massage and the application of herbal decoctions to relieve earaches and other ear related problems.
